KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance person in Richmond, Va. Property maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Light office duties will be a part of this position as well.
Candidate must be willing & able to climb ladders, lift 50 pounds, and work independently. Includes but not limited to sweeping, cleaning, painting, picking up trash, spraying weeds and other duties as assigned. Small electrical and plumbing repair experience necessary.
HOURS
Full-Time Position – Hourly Rate of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience)
· Full benefit package available after 90 days
· Paid Vacation (12 days per year) starting after 6 months
· Holiday pay starting immediately (7 days per year)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· Minimum age of 21 years old
· Must own and have reliable Transportation that is driven to work daily (no sharing of vehicle)
· Valid State Driver’s License
· Background check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Physical Required
