Very helpful and friendly staff. I'd recommend them for sure!

Good space and courteous staff. My one gripe was that on my day I came to move out I could not find a moving cart - normally there had been three right inside the door, but they were all gone. I found one (that I may have taken from someone else using it) but the wheels were pretty sticky when trying to turn and it was the smallest one of the three. This made moving out from the second floor a pain when generally I would otherwise not have regretted getting a second floor unit. When the carts were all available, I was able to get in quite quickly and efficiently. I had asked the staff about this ahead of time, hoping to make sure I would have carts and they weren't really able to provide any help there.

Great Place!! Great People!! They actually try to accommodate your needs!! The lady in the office is AMAZING, goes above and beyond in every aspect!! She deserves a raise!!

The place is kept clean it has good management but there is some security issues other than that it's a good place to store your stuff.

This place is great! Super affordable because the first month is only $35, and this location has some really awesome staff. They were super nice and helpful for us. We were in a tight spot and needed somewhere to store our belongings between moves, and they hooked us up with a great deal. I really appreciate their kindness and definitely recommend renting a unit here. The unit itself was the perfect size and had extra room even, and all our belongings have remained dry and safe.

Ample Storage lake wheeler in Raleigh N.C. I waited until the last minute to secure storage for my college student. I called Ample storage recommended by a friend. Elliott the manager was professional with a bit of fun humor. He helped me get the last unit available, Elliott was quick and made it painless did it all over the phone. Facility is in great shape and well cared for Pricing is on par with other providers, facility and staff make it a value Cons: the older building can be a little tricky to maneuver larger vehicles

Very nice and professional staff. Extremely clean property. Have been renting a couple units from them for months for our business and It has been an excellent experience. At first we had an electrical outlet in our unit not working. I told them and they fixed it right away. Great office hours too and nice and secure. I really have enjoyed working with them.
