Lou, Storage Unit Manger at Gorman Street was like a family member to me. Anytime I needed something or had a question regarding the storage unit she was always there to answer my questions and go beyond expectations, to make sure that my belongs were safe and secure. I really appreciate her customer service and helping me with my storage needs. I highly recommend Lou to anyone looking for storage unit with Ample Storage.

The storage unit, a 5x10 size, was very clean and odor free. Lou in the office was a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to renting again next May when my son moves out of off-campus housing!

I started with Ample Storage in Raliegh on Gorman St in 2020. The pandemic struck and I had to get my daughter from school and pack her up. The school wasn't allowing multiple trips, each student got a two-hour time slot, and I didn't have a second care to move all her stuff back as we got it there. I located the storage center and called. I spoke with Lou the onsite manager. She gave me what was available. The unit was much bigger than I needed for her small dorm room, but I signed the contract. A few days later, I got a call from Lou and she let me know she would have a small unit available the day I was scheduled to move my daughter. I was so amazed she remembered me and my situation as a single mother and kept me in mind. At that time, I am sure she was getting calls left and right because all the local colleges had to close down, but she helped me out. We kept my daughter's storage unit for almost three years. It was great only having to bring a suitcase home every summer and cart a suitcase back to campus because all her stuff was safely stored close to the college. Lou was just as kind, considerate, and offering her own brand of personal care as when I first spoke with her on the phone. I would recommend Ample Storage Center to anyone looking in the Raliegh area because of Lou.

Fourteen years ago I started a business using this Ample Storage Center to house my inventory for the first year or so. The business grew, we moved out, into a shop and warehouse for years. This summer we downsized to get rid of the warehouse and turned right to Lou at Ample Storage. When we found out she was still managing the space, we had no need to shop anywhere else! The grounds are always clean and the area is safe. Lou takes interest in her tenants and we all love her for it! Best location, best experience!

Ample Storage Center at Neil and Gorman Street has been a great work space for our high school robotics team to design and build. Conveniently located for easy after school access, our unit is equipped with good lighting and electric outlets. Lou has been a terrific onsite manager and an enthusiastic supporter of our team’s progress. Highly recommend!!
