Self Storage Facility on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, NC

I have used Ample Storage on Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh for over 10 years. I currently have a climate-controlled unit for personal things and in the past have had units to store vehicles and business records. I have consistently found the site managers to be very responsive and helpful, regardless of the need or request. They are happy to help in whatever way they can...always! The site and the storage units are very clean, very convenient, and very safe. I have lived in a number of different places and have experience with numerous storage facilities. I highly recommend Ample Storage!

Nice staff & clean facility. Have had a unit here for years without major rate increases (compared to other storage facilities). Even though their location is a bit of a drive for us now, we continue to keep a unit with them.

Employees are very kind and helpful. My lock was jammed and they took the time to come help me with it, even in high outside temperatures. Apart from that I feel the rent is fairly priced and it hasn't fluctuated since I signed. Great place for storage ?

I have to say this has been the best experience yet for any storage unit I’ve rented in the past the manager here is really awesome and the staff is always friendly and he will usually do whatever he can to help you with issues as they come up I’ve dealt with a couple other storage Companies in Raleigh they have a fancy app maybe on one of them I had that , For what it was worth, but this place the manager is like the owner knows how to take care of. Whatever needs done. He’s friendly and hands-on person. The other places I’ve rented from absolutely horrible that’s all I’m gonna say about them. I think the price is a little bit better than some but I’m sure they stay competitive regardless But they don’t have any gimmicks either Discount or whatever they offer is legit I have three units at this place. I can vouch for them being very good to deal with. Nick

I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was always helpful and friendly and the facility was clean and well-secured. I felt safe every time I visited the facility.

Large storage units. Clean facility. Lights on both side of the inside of unit so you can easily identify where you are if you go at night to find something. Very safe area.

Need to get a couple of units when moving. Location was close by and prices were good.

They have always been a good place to store my things.. Everyone has been helpful and the prices are very good.

The staff is great and very helpful. Quick to repair or replace anything that needs to be fixed. Property is clean and well maintained. Will use this site again if I need storage in the future. Thank you for making a stressful situation bearable.

Alan and his staff have been really accommodating and respectful. Respect goes a long way and he's pretty funny too--good guy. I really appreciate the entire staff for having a good attitude--it's not always easy with life's responsibilities. That's a character trait--and I really appreciate it. See you guys soon!

I highly recommend Ample Storage Center. They are always very helpful and courteous and in my case, go the extra mile. I have a business that I need a storage unit and receive numerous deliveries. The staff here at Ample always handle my deliveries with care and great service. You simply can't go wrong renting from these guys.
