Steve and the team at Ample Storage made my move in process super easy! The facility is brand new and super easy to access. Personally, I found the $35 move in special easy to understand and a better deal for me than the other storage places nearby.
Very clean. Customer service has been excellent. Love the lights on a timer. Building is built to avoid any bad drainage or flooding risk imho. Prices are reasonable.
I haven’t used the facility yet, but signed my lease today. Karen was very detailed in letting me know that the special was $35 but the lease is month to month and the unit I was getting was $140 a month. If you read your lease agreement you understand that there are late fees and such and what date your payment is due and how the fees are determined. No surprises if you read the agreement and make your payment on time every month.
We always tell you up-front that the First month is at a discounted rate of $35. Then the other months are at the regular. This is very fair practice. The units are NEW very clean and safe. And Free Moving Truck! No tricks.
Karen and Mike were so helpful and professional! They were informative about the storage units AND they even helped me find a website to find a job! ? Karen and Mike definitely went above and beyond. The unit I'm renting is clean and looks well kept. The lock is easy for me to use even with an injured hand. I would definitely recommend them again!

I needed a storage unit after Hurricane Florence forced me to pack up my home. That was stressful. I called Ample storage and spoke to Karen, who helped me through the rental process of the first unit. When I moved items into the unit I realized I would need a smaller one for more items. I spoke with Karen again, and had everything resolved right away. I ended up needing a 3rd when all was said and done. Each visit to the office or phone call was handled respectfully. When you walk in you feel as if you are talking to friends. Both Karen and Mike are courteous and professional, and whether I pay my rent over the phone, in the office or set it up on autopay, each transaction is completed with ease and a receipt is in my email immediately. I have recently moved back into "home" and have cleared 2 of my units. I know that if I need to store things again, I will be contacting Karen and Mike at Ample Storage!
