Amazing move in special. Was offered truck for new move in. Staff goes above and beyond. Simple move in sign up. Management Robert very kind and helpful to make sure he gives finds you what you need. Staff answers any questions you have I felt my stuff was secured and safe. The units are nice and clean. Easy breezy move ins me move out. April took such great care of us! My daughter is moving out of her house for the summer and needed a place to store her items until August. Robert is amazing. He communicates effectively, Answers all my questions and makes sure I am not falling behind in payment. From my experience with him, he is not looking for you to lose your belongings and works with you under policy procedures.

Ample storage is probably the best place I’ve ever stored at. I’ve used six different storage locations in Greenville and out of everything Ample has always has been the best to me. The manager, Robert is always kind, onsite, and ready for any issues. Carts are always available, access is always easy, and I feel like my merchandise is safe inside their walls. I heavily recommend storing at Ample!

Good location and the people working there are really great. My only complaint is the lack of email communication when the units are closed off (ice during the wintertime they refused to open the gate for several days) and now a broken elevator (out of service for several days despite the tech telling me several times it would be just a few hours). There’s nothing more frustrating than loading my car up and then having to go home and trying again the next day when it doesn’t take much effort to send out a mass email keeping everyone up to date on what exactly is closed and updating when things are open again.

Getting set up with a unit to rent wad quick and easy. Told them what my need was and his (I think his name is Robert) recommendation was perfect. Everything wads explained perfectly and access to our unit was easy to locate.

When my daughter moved out of her house in Greenville. I stored all her stuff at Ample Storage . I live on the Outer Banks and I love working with Ample Storage, the people are really nice and willing to help you in any way possible and work with you. With me not being there it makes It convenient to being able to come and go as she and I please without having to wait for someone to open the gate. I feel at ease knowing my stuff is safe.

Best storage location in Eastern, NC. Robert is extremely professional but has a great sense of humor! He makes customers feel amazing!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else to rent a storage unit! I recommend this location 100% for your storage needs.

One year ago as I relocated from the west coast, I found Ample Storage. They were immediately helpful and have been since that time. I have items that require a climate co trolled environment and feel it’s the place to choose !!! Still there……… ?

Robert and the staff at this location have been absolutely incredible! Everyone I encountered in person and over the phone was extremely helpful and understanding. They were very considerate and willing to accommodate my situation. Additionally, the unit was especially clean! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Fair and decently priced, especially being climate controlled. Very clean and safe location. It's not 24 hrs, unfortunately, but you really can't beat the cost. ***UPDATE: MY experience now that I have had the unit for a year has changed a bit. Within a years time, the cost has gone up by $10 three (3)!!! different times now. Making it, in my opinion, overpriced for the size. I also can not understand nor care for the fact that the unit is much TALLER in size than it has actual usable space. Therefore, once you cover the square footage in floor space with a decent amount of things and with a significant amount of stacking already done... unless I were to search far and wide for someone to borrow from (bc i dont own one) a very tall ladder, somehow get the very tall ladder to fit in my car, not only will I be playing jenga basically wih things that are obviously important to me... it also means any time I go to add something if it just so happens that its heavy, that means I have to spend a significant amount of time pulling things out, rearranging things, re-packing into the unit what I did once already or however many times ive needed to add something. AND all the while, hoping that an avalanche doesn't occur. More simply put, I really don't like that the price of my unit grows by 10 bucks every few months, when it's size and the inconvenient shape of it does not grow along with its bill.

Easy to find, thought the space was a little bit bigger than what it was but I managed to get all of my stuff in there.

Safe, SUPER secure, close to everywhere, and ALWAYS clean

Great people to work with! Hallways and elevators clean and well kept. Wish they had lights in each unit as halfway lights go off w a timer unless you're in and out of unit. Flashlights or battery lamp suggested.

Management is professional, the property is very well maintained and the price is reasonable.
