The staff are exceptional, fair minded and repectful!. The missing 5th star is with the few changes this location has encountered (staffing, truck no longer available and inter-company communication about a few policy processes) My group has successfully realigned North Carolina, South Carolina and one other State to Ample from one of the other big boxers who have gone fully automated. All of the units locations have an A/A-or B+ rating except one location which failed the Integrity in@ your service process and received less than a failing ranking (HWY 70 new build). Ample stuff otherwise.

Very clean and unique storage community. The staff are excellent in their communication with the renters especially Mr. Cheah. I truly appreciate this establishment and highly recommend it to anyone for all storage needs.

After dealing with another local storage facility who kept raising their prices every few months, we switched to Ample Storage on Hwy. 55. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We have been very pleased with their fair pricing!

I had an excellent experience with Ample Storage on HWY 55 in Durham! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, in making the entire process of renting a unit so easy and stress-free. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are in good hands. The prices are reasonable, and I love the convenient location! I highly recommend Ample Storage on Highway 55 to anyone in need of extra storage space!

Great facility. I've rented three other places on Hwy 55. This is the safest and cleanest by far. First place that has not ridiculously jacked my rates (many of them will offer one rate on the web site then keep raising yours to twice the rate for new customers). Steven is INCREDIBLY helpful and goes above and beyond to help customers out and to be easy to work with, and he's always so friendly when I see him on site. The ONLY thing that I don't like about the facility is that the lights in the building auto shut off after a few minutes so if I'm going to be messing around in my climate controlled unit for very long I have to bring a little lantern so I don't have to keep getting up and going to the hall to waive my arms. Seriously A+, honest facility.

We decided to move our storage from another local storage facility as the rates keep going up every 6 months. Ample Storage has much better rates and offered a truck for the move. Steven was great to work with. He’s so personable, accommodating and very competent in his work.

This was my first time visiting this facility. Their security protocols (there's a gate) were very reassuring with my safety. The internal and external premises were clean. It appeared to be climate controlled.

This storage facility has been amazing. The staff is always helpful and the location is clean and kept up. I have used other facilities in the area and none have been as clean, nor have they had nearly as helpful a staff. Some didn't have a staff at all and left you to fend for yourself. Not the case here!

Had a storage unit for a few months. This place was great, management was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Storage unit was recently built so it’s super clean. I looked for prices around town and these were the best price at the time. Would definitely use them again if needed.

I just moved in and everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person were so helpful and friendly. Everything was straightforward with leasing and pricing. The facility is super clean and well kept and was super easy to navigate. Easily the BEST storage facility to rent with!! Thank you for making move in and maintenance so easy!

This is the BEST storage. Units and everything is so nice and clean. They also have a truck for you to use if you are moving things into a unit. Steven has been very helpful with everything and helping us getting the right unit.

All the employees are welcoming and really helpful with finding the right unit size. I love the atmosphere and customer service the employees give. Both Steven and Barbara are both great. And everything is so clean.

Clean facility and very friendly staff.

The facility is very clean and well-kept, they always have carts for loading. Everyone has their own personal code to enter the gate.The staff are awesome, I highly recommend if you’re looking for affordable storage in the RTP/Durham area.
