Vivian and Joe are great. They represent your facility, here in West Columbia, SC with a warm smile and professional acumen. Joe helped me remove my lost key padlock yesterday and secure new ones. The units: New, clean and climate control, which is crucial to some of my guitars that need consistent temperature levels and a nice, clean home. They have received many packages for me and retained them up front until I arrive to transfer to my unit. My family used to own two large storage facilities in North Carolina. They operate Ample Storage like we did ours's, with a customer centric attitude and always ready to help any customer with issues moving in and post move. Looking for a clean storage facility that we could store some belonging in while we are in the process of renovating a condo to move into. Perfect location, and the staff has been great. once we move into our condo we will be down sizing or storage needs, but feel sure we'll still need one of the smaller ones.

Very nice storage facility that appears to be very secure. The exterior of the property and inside of the building and office is extremely clean. The manager and young lady in the office were extremely nice and helpful.

Been using these facilities for a little over a year now, and I have no complaints. Seems to be safe & secure, reasonably priced, and no creepy crawlies have gotten into my unit to my knowledge from wherever they may come from (outside or another renter's space). I wish it was a little bit cheaper, by like maybe just $10, but the prices seem to run about average to others in the area.

Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. They have good security as well several size choices which are priced well. The smallest is 5 X 5. Sizes go up and also areas to park vehicles or boats or large items that can be exposed to the outside elements. There is a good system in place to remind you in case you forget to make your payment inadvertently causing you to risk losing your items. There is also a grace payment period so there should be no reason to lose your items due to not paying. It is also climate controlled in the interior storage buildings. Decent safe neighborhood and good location to stores for general shopping. I intend to store my items for a period of time without having any concerns. I was told they had been there a year so that means new good functioning equipment such as the cameras all the way up to the latches on the doors. Good place.

Absolute outstanding customer service! I would rate them 6/5 stars if I could! I walked in extremely stressed out from moving and left with feelings of comfort and ease. The staff are the friendliest, happiest people I have ever met and they deserve more than just a good review. Definitely do your storage business with these guys.
