I have used this facility for storage for several years and have had at least 10 units. I am very picky and the professionalism of the staff and cleanliness of the facility have always met or exceeded my expectations. Rupard and Andrea are both a delight to work with and did everything they could to meet my needs. Your possessions will be safe and secure while you get excellent service at the same time. I highly recommend this facility.

Very professional and courteous when I when in to get a storage unit. The rates were good and everything was explained to my satisfaction.

For over 5 years I had a unit here. Although they seemed to increase the price every 6 months I appreciated the consistency in quality of the unit. It's extremely clean and safe. I've never had any problems and when I cancelled my unit, after buying a home, they were quick and thankful for my years with them.

If you're looking for a storage space I encourage you to go speak with Ms. Deborah. Everytime I visit the office she answers all my questions, is kind and takes care of my requests. The facility is always clean. The gate is always working. No complaints at all.

Update 1/28/22 In again today and same sweet person when I 1st came months ago. Ms Deborah was absolutely amazing. Very professional and super friendly. I felt like I've known her for years. I was suppose to be going to a facility near there, never made it. As I was leaving another customer came in to surprise her with cookies from Crumbl just to tell her thank you for her service. I would give her 6 stars if possible.

I rented a storage today from Ample Storage and meet the friendliest, kindness, awesome lady name Deborah!! She was very helpful, pleasant with amazing customer service, you can tell she loves her job and people, it shows!! Thank you Deborah for making it a great experience.
