Melanie at the front office has perfect customer service! She is very patient and attentive and definitely values your needs.

If you are in need of renting a storage unit, look no further. Linda went out of her way to make a very stressful experience as easy as possible. I had to move my Mom for the 3rd time since last November and needed a storage unit for either a week or a year!! ? Linda accommodated our needs with a smile and an extra willingness to help. Absolutely 5 stars all the way!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Keeping my items safe

So almost a month ago I was calling around to different storage facilities looking for a flex space. I called Ample storage on Industry lane hoping that maybe they would have something available. To my disappointment, they had no units available. But the customer service was beyond amazing. Linda is a GEM. She provided me with any information I needed and even assisted me with finding units that could possibly be available at other ample storage centers. She followed up with me and even provided me with contact information. Even though I didn’t get the unit I was looking for, I appreciate Linda for going above and beyond for me! I don’t write reviews, but I was so grateful I had to let her know!

I've rented from Ample for over a year and have found them to be customer friendly and resourceful. I've not experienced the kinds of issues many storage renters have experienced when staff is removed from good customer service. Thus far this staff has shown me customer appreciation and I hope they continue.

My 5x5 space was really 4.75x4.75. however the ceilings were tall which allowed me to stand my items up. It's something small to drop a star off of a review for, but it's something to be cautious about. Pricing however is very fair and signing up for a space here was very easy

I recently closed my account with Ample Storage after having the opportunity to be with them for about 5 years. I worked mainly with Alex. Alex welcomed me each time with a positive attitude, always making me feel welcome. He was friendly and presented the biggest smile. That meant a lot to me. Very respectful and courteous. In today's time, you don't find this type of behavior. Alex was responsive in resolving any issue I had and listen attentively. I give him the upmost praise for providing excellent customer service and going over and beyond to make each visit to his office a pleasant one. Thanks Alex!
