KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for assisting with storage unit reservations and payments by answering incoming calls for Ample Storage Center/American Flag Self Storage customers

- Ability to handle customer payments, questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with first call resolution

- Embody the Lampe Management Spirit and conducts oneself with professionalism, integrity, resourcefulness, and kindness

HOURS

- Part Time Position

- Up to 29 hours per week

- Competitive Hourly rate of Pay

- Weekend & Holiday availability required!

- PREMIUM shift differential for Saturday and Sunday

- Center hours of operation are 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday, & 10 am-6pm Sunday

QUALIFICATIONS

– High School diploma or equivalent required

– Minimum age of 21 years old

– Must have valid driver's license & own reliable transportation

– Must be authorized to work in the United States

– Demonstrated knowledge and aptitude to use computers and related technology skillfully required

– Proficient keyboard skills required

– Must have strong customer service skills and a professional and pleasant phone demeanor

– Excellent attendance and reliability required
