I've had my storage unit at this location for years. This place stays clean and organized and Victor is ALWAY helpful in any situation. I recommend anyone in need of storage to contact this location. Great customer service goes a long way.

I am very pleased with the overall service. Viktor is an absolute hoot! Great manager, and great customer service. He offers the best storage deals around the triad. Units are very clean and secured.

Viktor explained all my options for spaces as well as the storage facilities limited offer of a unit for 30$. He showed me around the property so I could see how spacious each storage option was, and made signing up very easy. Very welcoming vibe for a good price. 10/10 would recommend.

Victor was the absolute best customer service person I have ever worked with. We are moving to Greensboro from Wilmington and our home will not be ready when we close on our house in Wilmington. This has been one of the most stressful situations that we have been through. Victor's voice came across on the phone like he had a smile on his face. He put me completely at ease and was so helpful in answering my questions. There was no way I was even going to call anyone else! When we met face to face yesterday to move things into our unit, he met me at the door with a smile, handshake and compassion on his face! My husband and I have had the BEST experience with Victor at American Flag Storage. Moving is such a bear and we could not have done it without using storage units at different points in our moves.
